• Roof tune-up at Spring and Fall (re-seal fasteners for nail pops, ridge caps checked, flashing adhesive refreshed, and $250 credit applied to any roof repair found and needed at each visit, valid for that visit only)
• FLIR thermal imaging scan and Home Health Score Report (Summer)
• Power wash of up to 1,000 sq ft of driveway/walkway (Summer)
• Garage door and opener lubrication (Spring and Fall)
• Top-priority emergency response and a dedicated project manager
• $400 banked credit per plan year

Every plan: 5% off Tri-Star projects, year-round storm monitoring with a 48-hour alert, and a written photo report after each visit. Monthly plans have a 12-month minimum. Service Agreement
